If an issue comes up at a game, the HST can override any one ST on a rules call / scene.  If needed a 2/3 majority of staff can overrule the HST at game.

Any rules to be looked at or changes between games is passed or failed by majority staff.

Downtimes

Downtimes are handled from the back of turned in sheets or through the above email address only!

Downtimes are due by 11:59 AM the Thursday after game. There is no downtimes EVER between a 3rd game of a month and the 1st game (in the event of a 5th Friday).
Please include your email address in the body of your Downtime email.

Downtime Template - Feel free to utilize this template when submitting Downtimes to the address listed above. This is a commonly accepted all-purpose Downtime Template.

ALL GEXES SENT IN TO ANY LIST MUST BE PRIORLY COMPRESSED (IE ZIP, RAR, 7z, etc) OR THEY WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED!!!
