Below are general rules, as the specific changes have been updates (for picks and such).

Move Forward Rules

1.) Players will be given 24 Build Points to be added to the character of their choice (only one) for spending over the course of the move forward.  This is only awarded to those with Active Characters.

2.) Regarding Research and etc.: The character will be awarded 12 downtimes worth of actions for purposes of development of free lores.

3.) Learning Times are removed for things costing XP, with ST Approval (IE rationale). This does NOT count toward beginning learning Blood Magic. Attempting to pick up Blood Magic out of genre/clan or otherwise during the move forward will require the expenditure of Player Points as noted in our PP system or majority staff permission (based on learning time spent already during the gamer year).

4.) Players who are retiring a character during the move-forward due to an admin kill, will be refunded 100% of that character's total earned XP.  All admin retied characters can either keep their picks or roll, player's choice.  All rolls for new characters as of the move-forward will be subject to the new Pick Chart for Clan.  If the character is not deemed to be an admin kill, the standard retirement rules for this game apply.

ALL GEXES SENT IN TO ANY LIST MUST BE PRIORLY COMPRESSED (IE ZIP, RAR, 7z, etc) OR THEY WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED!!!
