Staff gets higher say over the areas they are responsible for, giving two votes over everyone else's staff vote of 1 towards if a rule will pass or fail to reach the Pending Changes page. In other words Staff has to majority pass the change before it even goes to a vote for the players to see on the Pending Changes page.

Downtimes are handled through the above email address only!

Downtimes are due by 11:59 PM the Friday after game. If only spending XP those will be accepted up through the Tuesday before game. There is no downtimes EVER between a 3rd game of a month and the 1st game (in the event of a 5th Friday).
Please include your email address in the body of your Downtime email.

Downtime Template - Feel free to utilize this template when submitting Downtimes to the address listed above. This is a commonly accepted all-purpose Downtime Template.

ALL GEXES SENT IN TO ANY LIST MUST BE PRIORLY COMPRESSED (IE ZIP, RAR, 7z, etc) OR THEY WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED!!!
