Character/Player Activity Status
Character activity is broken down as follows:  Active, Missing, Admin Retired

Active - Player is regularly attending games, missing no more then one game at a time.
Missing - Player has missed 2 or more games consecutively.
Admin Retired - This is for character's of players that have not attended a game in 6 months, nor turn in downtimes, nor communicated to staff that they will be taking an extended Hiatus.  People in this section will need to create a new character, however they will retain all their XP as is standard with an Admin Kill.  This is being done to ensure people that do not play do not hold merits or other capped things hostage.  People close to this will be contacted and given two weeks to respond to the ST list before being admin retired.

There is a possibility to have exceptions made to this on a case by case basis, if staff is informed of an extended leave of absence from game.  A good example of this is someone has work schedule conflicts or active duty for military.  Simply email the ST List and we can come to some sort of agreement.
